

Brett Adair
Brett Adair is an AV-rated attorney through Martindale-Hubbell and a member of both the Alabama and Georgia State Bars. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, in all state and federal district courts in Alabama and Georgia.
Throughout his career, Brett has fostered a thorough knowledge of a wide variety of legal specialities, giving him experience and perspective that allow him to better serve his clients, whether the client is an individual, government agency, or business.
Brett's professionalism and expertise have afforded him opportunities to been retained on a significant number of occasions to serve as a hearing officer or student/staff advisor in Title IX matters at several universities, and he is regularly retained to serve as a neutral third-party investigator following harassment and discrimination complaints.
Brett's experience doesn't stop at the corporate level; he also works with individuals to craft estate plans tailored to specific needs and that adapt to the shift in IRS regulations governing family financial affairs.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and participating in triathlons, mountain bike races, and ultramarathons.

Brett represents employers around the country in various employment discrimination claims, OSHA investigations and contests, non-compete agreement disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets claims, and unfair competition claims. He also regularly assists clients defending against access claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well Fair Housing Administration and Housing and Urban Development investigations.
Brett advises clients regarding executive employment contracts, drafting and enforceability of non-compete and confidentiality agreements, preparing and reviewing employee handbooks, drug and alcohol testing, and wage and hour matters. In addition to utilizing his legal expertise, Brett also enjoys conducting training sessions for managers and supervisors to develop strong management fundamentals to improve employee morale and productivity, accomplish management objectives, and ensure legal compliance.
